Are all of the presented articles available for immediate delivery?
Yes. All articles presented on this site are available for immediate delivery, unless specifically indicated.
If an article is shown as “sold”, is it possible to have one like it?
Every article sold in gleniboutique.com is an original piece. It will be possible to request another, with the same type of leather and the same color, but it could be slightly different.
Fortunately, in dealing with artisan products, every piece is unique and inimitable.
You can make your request via e-mail and our managers will indicate the wait time- generally between 40 and 60 working days.
How soon will my order be processed?
From the moment of payment receipt- which varies depending on the chosen payment method- we seek to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Usually, for orders originating in the European Union, the period of order fulfillment will take around 1-2 working days. For orders originating from countries outside of the EU, the time to fulfill an order extends to 7-10 working days from receipt of payment for the implementation of the Cites certificates.
What is the Cites certificate? How much does it cost?
The Cites certificate is a document that will accompany your shipment. It is a very important document because it certifies the origin of the leather, the quantity of leather used to create the article, and the production process that the leather has undergone. This certificate is mandatory for all shipments outside of the EU. The cost of such a certificate is 70 euro.
How much are shipping costs? Who makes the deliveries?
Shipping costs vary according to the quantity of articles purchased and on the destination country for the order. Our shipments are delivered with SDA, Poste Italiane, and Fedex. In each case, you will be able to see the exact amount of shipping costs at the moment of checkout.

How soon will I receive my order?
We seek to provide our customers with the fastest shipping method available. Shipments in Italy are delivered within 48 hours. European shipments are delivered in 4-5 days. Shipments outside of the EU are delivered in 7-10 days. For more information, refer to the page regarding shipments.
Who will pay customs fees in the country of origin? And in the destination country?
All customs fees in the country of origin (Italy) will be paid by Gleni. All customs fees in the country of destination must be paid by the customer. For more information, refer to the page regarding shipments.
I live in a country outside of the EU. Will I receive my package at home or will I need to take action regarding customs clearance?
Generally, other than paying the customs tax, the client does not need to intervene in the customs practice. However, sometimes, the customs of the destination country requires action by the customer. In any case, the managers at Gleni will be happy to follow you with assistance until your package arrives.

Do all articles require a Cites certificate?
All bags and accessories that are made from python, crocodile, alligator, anaconda and, beginning 1 January 2008 articles in Cocco-ligator, must be accompanied by an appropriate Cites certificate, certifying the origin of the leather.
What is Cocco Ligator?
When we speak of Cocco-Ligator we speak neither of real crocodile, nor of printed leather. An article made of real Cocco-Litagor is composed on the internal part of genuine reptile fibers and on the external part of full grain leather protected according to our exclusive process. Samples are then laid down by Cites and covered by the Washington Convention. What guarantees do I have before, during, and after the purchase?
Our primary goal is to produce goods that can satisfy the customer 100%. Therefore, the guarantee that Gleni provides before the purchase is the use of a raw material of the highest quality and attention to every detail in the making of each article. Throughout the purchase, you have the guarantee to be followed and advised step by step, by one of our experts, who will not hesitate in responding to any question related to the purchasing process or the making of a chosen article. What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment:
PAYPAL – we accept payments through Paypal, but only for orders on items ready for delivery, that can be processed within 7 working days, as requested by the terms and conditions of Paypal.
BANK TRANSFER: choosing this method, the customer will have an immediate discount of 5% on the total order. We will provide you with the bank details in which to complete the payment.
PRE ORDER: this method should be chosen for those who desire to place an order but have questions about the order itself or the mode of payment. By inserting your questions in the provided space, you will be contacted via e-mail by our staff, who will help you to better understand and dispel any doubt in favor of the order you wish to make.
CASH: only upon request and only in Italy. There is a surcharge of € 15, 00 + IVA.
